We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains when we can offer a refund, replacement or return. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us at salessupport@spscreens.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem.
We'll replace the item or give you a full refund, including shipping for that item. You won't need to pay to send it back.
If a can sprays a completely different colour from the colour you ordered, we treat it as faulty.
Our paints are colour-matched to Colorbond® steel and standard powdercoat colours. Colours shown on screen are a guide only, and older surfaces can fade or weather over time.
Because of this, we can't offer refunds or exchanges where a colour doesn't match your surface, unless the can sprays a completely wrong colour (see above). We always recommend testing on a small, hidden area first.
In-stock items: we may accept returns of unopened, unused cans within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at salessupport@spscreens.com.au. Approved returns are refunded less a 10% handling fee, and return shipping is at your cost.
Made-to-order colours: these are ordered in specially for you, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns.
Opened or used cans can't be returned for change of mind.
You can cancel free of charge before your order has been dispatched. For made-to-order colours, you can cancel before we've placed the order with our supplier. Contact us at salessupport@spscreens.com.au as soon as possible.
1. Email salessupport@spscreens.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
2. We'll reply with return instructions. Aerosol cans are dangerous goods, so they must be sent back by road using the method we give you.
3. Once we've received and checked the item, we'll process your refund.
Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
