These terms and conditions apply to the supply of goods by Commandex Pty Ltd ABN 46 119 753 687 trading as MatchMyPaint (matchmypaint.com.au) ("MatchMyPaint", "we", "us") to customers ("you") who order through our website.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Orders
1.1 Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. Once accepted, your order forms a contract between you and MatchMyPaint.
1.2 Some colours are held in stock and others are made to order (ordered in from our supplier for you). Each product page shows which applies.
1.3 You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched or, for made-to-order colours, before we have placed the order with our supplier. After that, cancellation is at our discretion.
1.4 We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we can't deliver to your address.
2. Price and Payment
2.1 All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
2.2 Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
2.3 Payment is required in full at the time of ordering, using the payment methods available at checkout.
3. Colour Matching
3.1 Our paints are colour-matched touch-up paints designed to match Colorbond® steel and standard powdercoat colours. They are not manufactured by BlueScope or the original powdercoat supplier.
3.2 Colours shown on screen are a guide only and may not be 100% accurate due to screen settings.
3.3 Older surfaces can fade or weather over time, so an exact match to an aged surface can't be guaranteed. Always test on a small, hidden area first.
4. Delivery
4.1 We ship to mainland Australia only. We can't deliver to Tasmania, PO Boxes or overseas addresses, as aerosol paint is classed as a dangerous good and must travel by road.
4.2 Dispatch and delivery times shown on our website are estimates. We'll use reasonable efforts to meet them, but we aren't responsible for delays caused by our carrier or events outside our reasonable control.
4.3 Deliveries don't need to be signed for and may be left at your address where the carrier considers it safe.
4.4 Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Damaged or Faulty Goods
5.1 Please inspect your order on arrival and let us know within 7 days of delivery if anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, with a photo, by contacting salessupport@spscreens.com.au.
5.2 If goods are damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we'll replace them or refund you, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
5.3 If a can sprays a completely different colour from the colour ordered, it is treated as faulty.
6. Change-of-Mind Returns
6.1 We don't offer refunds or exchanges for colour mismatch, including where a colour doesn't match a faded or weathered surface (see section 3).
6.2 We may, at our discretion, accept change-of-mind returns of unopened, unused in-stock items within 30 days of delivery, as a refund less a 10% handling fee. Return freight is at your cost.
6.3 Made-to-order colours can't be returned for change of mind.
7. Safety and Use
7.1 Our products are flammable aerosols. Use them in accordance with the directions and safety information on the can. A Safety Data Sheet is available on request.
7.2 We aren't responsible for damage caused by incorrect use, application to unsuitable surfaces or failure to follow the directions on the can.
8. Warranty
8.1 Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where one applies, as well as your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. General
9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
9.2 We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply are those on our website when you place your order.
