Where we ship
We ship to all mainland Australian states and territories. Aerosol paint is classed as a dangerous good and must travel by road, so we can't ship to:
- Tasmania
- PO Boxes or parcel lockers
- International addresses

Shipping rates
- Standard: $9.95, free on orders over $50. Covers major cities and regional centres, including Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Coffs Harbour, Lismore, Albury, Canberra, Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Toowoomba, Townsville, Adelaide and Perth.
- Country & Remote: $29.95, free on orders over $150. Covers all other mainland areas, including Darwin and regional towns.

Your exact rate is shown at checkout once you enter your postcode. All prices include GST.

Dispatch times
- In-stock colours: dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Made-to-order colours: ordered in from our Sydney supplier and dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Orders with both in-stock and made-to-order colours are sent together once everything is ready.

Delivery times (after dispatch)
- Standard: 2-8 business days
- Country & Remote: 5-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates from our carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at salessupport@spscreens.com.au with your order number (and a photo for damaged items) within 7 days of delivery, and we'll sort it out. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
